Social Media Manager based in London Start-Up


Founded in 2012, Go Find It is the leading provider of next generation mobile software and digital content for leading hotels worldwide with offices in Paris, Stockholm and soon to be opened in New York, Hong Kong and Dubai. Thereafter we want to be in every progressive market across the world.
We develop ‘Smart Apps’ and social technologies that help these hotels connect more valuably with their guests. In doing so we help them develop stronger, longer-term relationships with their customers, allowing them to increase revenues from them over time. Whilst we’re the #1 player in this space (we have over 100 hotel apps in the app stores, more than anyone else), we’ve been building the business very quietly. We now want to make much more noise about what we do.

Raising our profile will be key to our business. As we expand the business beyond the hotel sector and into other verticals we are looking for someone to help us generate a lot of noise and excitement about our business, as well as look to position GFI as the authority on mobile software development and tech leadership. The business is currently small but with big ambitions. For the right person the opportunities could be limitless.

Role:

As the Social Media Manager of Go Find It, you will build our presence and following within the social channels in addition to maintaining our customer database (email & blog…). Today we have a small following. Tomorrow we want a very large, engaged following. You will help build our profile through active community management as well as the development of content, tactics and initiatives to help drive our followers and their engagement.

The principle aim is to raise our profile and position us as credible leaders in this space. For the right person this role can grow into a much larger marketing role. As a business we have huge aspirations in the whole content area so this role can also potentially evolve into a consumer facing role in time. At times we will also look to this role to help support our client base with social media advice and help. You will report to the COO and CEO.
